Christopher G. Miller is an experienced CFO and CEO. Mr. Miller served as the Chief Financial Officer of Star Scientific from 2000-2008, a publicly traded technology company based in Richmond, Virginia. Mr. Miller was the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of American Healthcare, Ltd. from 1994 to 1998, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of International Medical Care, Ltd. from 1992 to 1993, and Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Hospital Corporation

International from 1991 to 1992. Mr. Miller serves as Chairman and CFO of Themis Vision Systems, LLC; Director and CFO of PhyMedica, LLC; Director and CFO of Catalis, Inc.; and Director and CEO of AdvirTech, LLC. Mr. Miller graduated from the U.S. Military Academy at West Point in 1980 with a B.S. in Engineering and received an MBA from Harvard Business School in 1987.
